Nott Company was proud to participate in the 10th anniversary of the Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge, partnering with students from Texas A&M University and South Dakota State University as they applied classroom learning to real-world engineering challenges.

Over the years, this program has helped introduce countless students to the opportunities within the fluid power industry, and we're honored to support that mission through mentorship, technical expertise, and hands-on collaboration.

Our Engineering Team (📍 Burnsville, MN) is looking for a new Senior System Engineer to provide technical support and develop systems and solutions for Nott Company and our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Acting as program manager, project engineer, and mentor on complex multidisciplinary projects
✅ Select components, create quotes, and design circuits
✅ Create Bills of Material, schematics, software, and other technical documents
✅ Participate in processes and programs focused on continuous improvement and safety

Role requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or AAS in Fluid Power
✅ Minimum of 4 years with a Master's degree or 7 years with Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 13 years with AAS in fluid power and controls system design
✅ Proficiency in data analysis and CAD software
