Always check the slope of your gutters to make sure your runoff is in the right direction! In this case, it ran back to the corner instead of the down spout. Turning this siding repair to a foundation nightmare!

We jacked the house up top and bottom, replaced all rotted lumber supports, flashed/house wrapped, new sheathing, siding, and sloped the gutters in the right direction.

(This home is getting all new siding and windows in the near future, so we didn't paint the primed siding yet. It will all be done at that point.)

We finished this kitchen remodel for a local contractor that couldn't handle the task. Everything was built custom on site other than a few cabinets.

Rot caused from years of water damage due to a "contractor" cutting corners. Prime example of "I can do it cheaper" Hire the right person the 1st time and it will save you money in the long run.
