Since 1987, RCSP Coating Specialists has responded to the ever-changing industrial climate and works with many different industries.

The industries include: chemical processing, city municipalities, food processing, new steel manufacturing, petrochemical, petroleum refining, pipeline (transmission), power plants, transportation equipment, waste treatment, water works and more. Rob Carroll’s Sandblasting & Painting, Inc., is currently seeking eager team-oriented individuals to begin work immediately in all areas. Applicants must be capable to perform tasks involving physical labor at project sites. They may operate hand and power tools of all types as well as a variety of other equipment and instruments. Also may be responsible to clean and prepares site, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove asbestos, lead, and other hazardous waste materials. This position is responsible for assisting other workers.

Qualified applicants will be considered upon pre-employment background & MVR screening as well as drug & alcohol testing as part of the DISA program and DOT consortium. Once hired, employees are subject to drug & alcohol test annually, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion and wall-to-wall.
This position travels throughout the Midwest in varying locations.
