Tim's been building again! He found some old fence pickets & went right to work.

Tim is always looking for unwanted wood for repurposing projects. Give him a call & he'll come pick it up!

Tim's is always careful to keep his workspace clean!

He's installing a couple bedroom floors this week. Even without his helper, Tony (Tim misses you!), he'll still finish one room per day!

He's on the job until it's done, and he's so sure you'll love his work, that he won't accept payment for his labor until his customer is 100% satisfied!

As you know, Tim can't stay still, so he's actually starting a flooring job down here this week!

WOW!!
Tim's Tiny Home is almost complete!!

He's got a bit more siding to install in the back & then this tiny house, man cave, she-shed, art studio, guest house, whatever you wish it to be, will officially be on the market!

The inside is unfinished, but he can build to suit. He wanted to leave those decisions to the buyer. He'll be installing 2 new tires before moving it & he'll be asking $12,900 as is (free delivery to the Adams County area).

We expect to have it parked in front of Nickl's Nook Resale Shop, Hwy 13, Big Flats for viewing as soon as this weekend.

Tim has put his personal project on hold to work on a side job installing a fence this weekend, but he sure got a lot done his 'shed' project this week!

He finished installing the five, 5' x 5' slider windows & the adorable steel entry door first, then he built & installed the metal roof, making it completely watertight.

He expects to finish the outside (siding, soffit, fascia, etc) before winter.
At that point we'll have it outside for sale in front of Nickl's Nook Resale Shop (asking $10K as is)

If it's still there in spring, Tim will finish the interior including insulation, flooring, ceiling, walls, electricity, and he will likely price it for at least $15,000.

We'll also discuss options for Tim to finish the inside per customer specs (bathroom? kitchen? loft?) at any time.

He's really enjoying keeping busy and we hope there is a need/desire for these types of 'sheds'. As far as we know, they aren't considered a permanent structure (although it's not meant to be mobile or driven around like an RV), so it may not be open to property taxes. This may differ per community, but it's worth looking into!
