Cleburne, TX📍 Good ol’ Cleburne Texas these mean a lot since it’s my stomping grounds. We were able to take care of this returning client and help him get his home to sale this month by re-roofing the home. As promised we upgraded his shingles at no cost, and added a lot more value to the home from a resale point and a structural integrity stand point. It’s not about the roof it’s about relationship, and the value we always will bring!

From 3-Tab 15yr to Architectural 30yr, we will always give back more to our customers then we take. With the way inflation has impacted all of us, difficult insurance claims, rising material cost. Or just wanting to be in an overall better place for the future.

We thought it would be great to build our community up better by not just putting on a roof, but putting on a system that covers all of life’s curveballs. We will be upgrading all of our customers to 30yr shingles from 3-Tab 15yr for FREE. This is on average $1-$2,000 in savings.

This helps with your insurance company to see you as less of a risk so potentially a drop in monthly premiums and deductibles, and an overall better experience. This helps with selling the home or investment properties. Also they look better and last longer. So God forbid you need a new roof in the future. It will put you as an owner in a way better place on all fronts.

Don’t get to inspect these everyday! Definitely want to watch where you step 😂 Homeowner had a new roof installed a year ago, and wanted Wal-Con Renovations to take a look and offer an inspection and FREE roof certification. That way if they ever need to show their insurance company in the future they kept up with maintenance they have documentation showing. Roofing companies offer free inspections, but NOT all roofing companies offer free certifications. Being certified in HAGG and having a wife in the insurance world really gives us the edge on helping people and exceeding expectations!
