Our work consists of "Concrete Press Piling" reaching up to 10,000 psi, depending on the weight of the house. The concrete pressed piling is probably the most widely used foundation repair pier in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area. We utilize concrete cylinders

that are driven into the soil using the weight of the commercial building or home. The driven piles will reach a point where they can't be driven any further with the weight of the building structure reaching stable ground. "Interior Piers" when a slab foundation has settled on a stable platform it could be that the elevations inside the home may also need to be raised (not necessarily) to install interior piers. One of our specialist would be glad to inform you if needed or not. The piers are ideally placed under an interior beam support. After the pier is installed the concrete is patched and the homeowner can replace the flooring covering the patch. For Pier & Beam we use wood beams and steel shims under base of home.
