True Rise Lifts LLC is seeking 1–2 ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to help expand our growing automotive lift and shop equipment business throughout Western Washington.

True Rise Lifts is a growing, veteran-owned automotive equipment company headquartered in Arlington, Washington.
Our leadership team brings more than 20 years of automotive and heavy equipment industry experience, including experience helping manage a multimillion-dollar automotive equipment operation.
With established manufacturer relationships, quality products, competitive pricing, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we're building a company focused on long-term customer relationships.

🔹 THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a field-based outside sales position for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting customers, developing relationships, and creating their own business opportunities.
Our customers include:
✅ Automotive repair shops
✅ Car dealerships and service departments
✅ Diesel and fleet maintenance facilities
✅ Performance and restoration shops
✅ Residential garages and automotive enthusiasts
✅ Commercial and industrial facilities
You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting businesses, presenting our products, and developing new sales opportunities.
You control your sales activity, build your customer relationships, and have the opportunity to earn based on your performance.
🔹 COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
💵 100% COMMISSION — NO BASE SALARY
Estimated earning potential: $80,000–$120,000 annually.
These figures are informed by actual sales experience!
At a previous automotive equipment business, four commission-only sales representatives earned between $84,000 and $114,000 during their first year, averaging $93,500 annually.
Our leadership understands what it takes to succeed in commission-based equipment sales because we've done it ourselves.
These historical earnings are from a separate company. Earnings at True Rise will depend on individual performance, sales opportunities, and business conditions. No income level is guaranteed.
🔹 SALES TERRITORY
📍 Arlington, Marysville, Everett, Seattle, Mount Vernon, Burlington, Bellingham, and surrounding communities.
Representatives are also welcome to develop opportunities beyond our primary Western Washington territory.
🔹 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Motivated, self-disciplined individuals
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to identify and develop new customers
✔ Confidence approaching business owners
✔ Dependable transportation
✔ Previous outside sales experience preferred
✔ Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
Automotive lift experience is not required!
