If your leaving on a jet plane, car, bus, bicycle look for these signs so you may not come home to a hot house.
Check your filters if it’s dirty change it
Look around your house outside up near your roof line for dripping water out of a pipe sometimes it’s near the bottom of your house, if it’s dripping it shouldn’t be. HOLD OFF ON THOSE PLANS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
Go to your unit outside while your unit is running is your fan turning if yes, move to next step, now reach down and find the biggest copper pipe coming out of your house to the unit you may have to pull back a little of the rap and seal the line if it’s cold and wet you’re good to go.
Now I can’t promise you it won’t break while your gone, but you have a better chance you will have a cool house when you get back.
REMEMBER DONT shut your air completely off in this heat it will take to long to heat your house back up plus this heat is not good for your other household appliances and furniture. Turn it up about 4 degrees than normal and have a good trip.

If your just not cooling like you think you should be it coil just a matter of cleaning your condensing unit outside. When your unit outside is dirty it has to work harder to cool your house, therefore your components can over heat and shut your unit down. If your lucky it might be just temporary until you get your unit cleaned or it could have burned up your compressor which is very costly. So do some Maitenance on your unit or call me and I can do it for you. 817-550-4454
