M-Enabling Summit 2026 Agenda Spotlight | Sales Doesn’t Need a Business Case - Accessibility Just Needs to Catch Up

Accessibility teams are often asked to demonstrate impact, justify investment, and show measurable progress. But what if the metrics already exist?

Join us at the M-Enabling Summit alongside Corbb O'Connor (of Level Access - Digital Accessibility), who will explore how accessibility outcomes can connect to the business and service metrics executives already understand, including completion rates, cost-to-serve, retention, and risk, during his session, “Sales Doesn’t Need a Business Case — Accessibility Just Needs to Catch Up”.

This session will review common accessibility barriers across financial services, healthcare, higher education, local government, and retail, and how organizations can use practical, executive-relevant metrics to prioritize work and communicate progress.
