This customer wanted to upgrade his CP4 pump to the DCR pump, unfortunately when I got the intake off we found the exhaust studs broken.

The early 6.7L powerstoke are know for breaking these studs and warping the manifolds. BD diesel has a great kit that replaces the manifolds and comes with studs and gaskets (cheaper than getting all new parts from ford).

All 6.7L powerstrokes have an issue with the CP4 high pressure fuel pump, they tend to fail and send metal throughout the fuel system. S&S Diesel offer the DCR replacement pump that not only flows more fuel but will not send metal through the fuel system.

This is a wing off a Boss plow where the big rubber mounts to, they seem to crack, especially if they run against curbs…
Quick weld and a reinforced plate on the back side to prevent this from happening again.

Had a customer call with an older camper that needed a new engine due to one of the rods exiting the block. He actually had it towed to a shop off the highway and then called me. Was able to save him lots of money and got it back on the road quickly.
