IT Cadre held our annual Health and Wellness week, giving our staff an opportunity to explore different areas of self care. The events and opportunities included a demonstration by Veteran's Moving Forward, CPR training, a learning session by Robin Felder, PhD, yoga, biometric screenings and seminar by INOVA, a health and wellness raffle, and more. IT Cadre had so much fun at our bowling event last week!🎳 Congratulations to the winning team, whose MVP was undeniably IT Cadre's Eric DeLange after he scored over 200 points! The winning team chose National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) for a donation to be made to in honor of their win.
Congratulations to all the those who made it through the finish line at this year's Reston Sprint Triathlon. The race included a 400-meter swim in Lake Newport pool, followed by a 12-mile bike ride on Reston roads, and ends with a 5K run on area paths. We are very proud of all of the IT Cadre team members who participated in this impressive race!
