I have over 35 years experience in the construction industry and started Cutting Edge in 1998. We do from start to finish. Heres a list of some of things we do: New Homes (stick built and modular), Additions, Dormers, Garages, All types of remodeling, including Doors, Windows, Siding, Kitchens, Baths, Ceramic tile, Hardwood flooring, Porches, Decks, Interior & Exterior Trim, Custom Hardwood stair

I am pleased to to announce that we now sell modular/prefab homes. Just as in building a stick built home we will take care of the whole project from ground braking to you moving into your dream home. We have 5 different manufactures that we deal with. Which almost makes the choices endless. You can can choose from one of their designs or we can do a custom home just as if it was stick built. Today’s modular homes are better quality than in years past. They can be better than a stick built home nothing see’s the weather when being built, it is screwed and glued together comes with warrantee. As always we would stand behind any type of project we do. We would be happy to sit down and go over any questions you may have.

12x16 Screened in deck. This was originally supposed to be all pressure treated and unfinished. The customer saw a picture of a finished deck and decided to go with finished. I asked for any preferences. I was basically told do what I do and this is the end result. All vinyl and pvc materials for a no maintenance finish. Interior ceiling is pine bead board
