Job Title: Millwright

Location: Ashdown, Arkansas

Pay: $27–$35/hour (based on experience and skill level)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled millwrights who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time. This is not an entry-level position. We are building a team of professionals who operate with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and work ethic.

If you are someone who holds yourself to a higher standard than the average tradesman and expect the same from those around you, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

• Perform precision alignments (laser alignment preferred)

• Work with bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Execute rigging and setting of equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and jobsite expectations

• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a millwright in industrial or commercial environments

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

• Experience with precision tools (dial indicators, micrometers, alignment tools, etc.)

• Knowledge of rigging practices and equipment setting

• Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

• Take ownership of your work and maintain a high level of craftsmanship

• Work efficiently without cutting corners

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Represent the company with professionalism on every jobsite

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Skills assessment/testing will be conducted prior to hire

• Drug screening required
