Wakeside Commercial is the newest industrial park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Opening in September 2020, Wakeside was designed BY contractors FOR contractors in a great location with quick access to Hwy. 501 and Hwy. 31.
Set in a tranquil pine forest less than 500 yards from Hwy. 501, Wakeside looks more like a city park than an industrial park. Yet, we offer the best, most modern features of any industrial area on the beach. Phase One is finished and three more custom buildings and a secured parking area are underway.
Phase One units are 1,632 sq. ft. with 20 ft. ceilings and huge 12x14 rollup doors. Overall dimensions are 49 x 33.3 feet with plenty of room for interior buildouts. Units are NOT climate controlled but the Landlord can build air-conditioned office/showroom space for a long term lease.
Our units are great for retail & hospitality storage, service contractors and construction fulfillment operations. Features include 200 amp three-phase electrical service, restrooms, water fountains and eyewash stations. Water and trash pickup are included, but tenant must secure and pay for electrical service separately.
Deliveries to Wakeside are very easy. We designed the park to be long haul truck friendly, with reinforced driveways routed through the property so truckers never have to back up or turn sharply.
