We had a VERY exciting Tuesday at Wakeside. In less than 24 hours, Coastal Erectors transformed our bare 5,000 sq. ft. concrete slab into the frame for Building 2. It was amazing to watch these guys work. Only six men moved tons of steel into place in record time. It was poetry in motion! Building 2 is already completely booked, but Buildings 3, 4 & 5 will be listed later this week. Stay tuned!

Why is Wakeside CEO Steve Ghidella smiling? Because it FINALLY stopped raining long enough to pour the foundation for Phase 2 this morning! The units in this building are already allocated, but the next three 5,000 sq. ft. buildings are already in the works. These will be build-to-suit units for enterprise customers. Phase 1 of Wakeside Commercial Business Park is now open for business. We received our certificate of occupancy in late October and tenants have moved into Unit A and Unit C. Unit B is still available for lease. Phase 2 is now under construction with two 2,460 sq. ft. BUILD TO SUIT units! One unit has already been leased long term, but the other one is still available.
