J. M. Pollard & Sons is looking for a full time Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant!

Essential Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails, taking payments, scheduling appointments and service calls
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, taking payments, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Submit warranty claims
- Manage customer contract schedule, truck inventory schedule, vehicle registration and maintenance schedule
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
- Maintain excellent attendance to ensure all duties are performed on a timely and accurate basis

Skills Required:

- Good people skills - customer satisfaction is paramount to our company!
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Excellent time management
- Excellent phone skills
- Proficient with computer based tasks
