May was one for the books at General Heating & Air Conditioning, and we want to take a moment to celebrate everything our team accomplished across the tri-state.

Our Commercial Division replaced the cooling tower at the Delta Hotel in downtown Ashland, KY, using a crane to lift the new tower into place and completing the entire swap in a single day. Work also continued at Kentucky Farmers Bank in Louisa, KY, where our crew has been installing new heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork throughout the facility.

Our residential team stayed just as busy, completing split system, package unit, and heat pump installs for homeowners across Eastern KY, Southern OH, and Southwestern WV.

We also welcomed two new apprentices, Mason and Landon, to our residential install team, added a new forklift to help us serve customers even better, and wrapped production on something special: a remake of our 1990s lemonade stand commercial, airing now on WSAZ and streaming.

Thank you to every customer who trusted us with their comfort this month, and to those who took the time to leave a kind review. Special thanks to Charlie, Shawn, Bobbie, and the entire team for the care you bring to every call.

Another commercial job in the books. Our GHAC Commercial Division recently completed a full rooftop package unit replacement at Norfolk Southern in Wheelersburg, OH. Back in the 90s, a little girl named Lauren ran a lemonade stand in one of our most-loved GHAC commercials. Thirty years later, we brought it back, and this time her son Brooks is the one behind the stand.

Same family. Same lemonade. Same GHAC.

Big news from the warehouse. We've added a new forklift to the GHAC fleet!

This was a much-needed upgrade, and we couldn't be more excited to put it to work. With improved capacity and efficiency in our warehouse, we'll be able to move equipment faster, manage inventory more effectively, and keep our trucks loaded and on the road serving you.

Help us welcome Mason and Landon to the GHAC family! Both are joining our residential install team as HVAC apprentices, and we couldn't be more excited to have them on board.

Investing in the next generation of HVAC pros is one of the best things we get to do. From shadowing seasoned installers to learning the ins and outs of the trade, these guys are stepping into a career path with a lot of room to grow.
