Install of a new E1 dual sewage ejector system. The old 6 inch SDR 35 Sewer Main was back pitching due to a big tree that had its roots pushing down onto the pipe. We were able to install the new E1 dual ejector system and then on the discharge and we were able to run 1-1/4” PE Pipe approximately 325 feet using the old SDR 35 6 inch sewer line as a sleeve to the public sewer. Thanks to the crew at MOR Construction for their professionalism and helping us install the pump. with Scott Roth & Edwin Lopez

Removal of an old section of cast-iron pipe that was pitted on the pipe below the double Y.
install of a new laundry tub with the removal of a old farm sink that will be refurbished and reused. Install of a new tub and shower faucet rub bronze and a new pedestal faucet rub bronze.

Install of a new 4 inch PVC sewer line from a house from the 1600s into an old cesspool. Installed the proper clean outs made the connections on the back of the property and the side of the property and then install the new three-quarter inch K copper waterline from the well into the house.  Perti Plumbing and heating are getting plumbing service calls for low water pressure throughout the Upper Chichester and Aston along with Garnet Valley area due to the water main break on route 322 construction project in Upper Chi. The water main break is at Bethel Avenue and Route 322.
Please make sure that when the water is back up to normal water pressure, please flush your water through a hose faucet to prevent any debris from clogging up your faucets and toilets. Another Successful water service installation 3/4 K Coper with a 3/4” pressure reducing valve. unfortunately, we weren’t able to pull it due to all the wires in the ground so we tunneled underneath the front sidewalk and then dug from the front sidewalk at the house back towards the water meter pit.

Spot repair to a 10’ section on a Terracotta pipe that failed a camera inspection. Repaired with all band couplings and 4” PVC pipe with a 2 way clean out. Backfilled with half inch crushed stone and then filled back in with the remaining dirt and then put hay down for soil retention/runoff.
