Since the recent storms, we have been providing complimentary services to our past clients to help them stay dry and protected during these rough weather days. Now that the worst is behind us, we’d like to offer our services to help you rebuild anything damaged. We know some in our community have experienced damages to their property ranging from downed trees and fences to major water damage. Walk in freezer flooring repair including one faulty toilet for qué pasa.
We can take on residential and commercial projects.

New windows.
Had to reframe all three existing openings, making everything level and plumb to except new windows. Painting of all interior and exterior trim will be done at a later time.

Repaired flooring , replaced two posts and beam.

Atascadero, Tile roofing leak repair.

Solar removal, reinstalled and cleaned.
Plywood sheeting framing repairs.
New underlayment reinstalled roofing.
New 2x10 fascia and painting.
All work completed Client is super happy. Solar panels are clean and showing better efficiency after cleaning panels. Clients are quite happy.
