There’s so much more to this business than just fixing air conditioning. There are so many variables, that can keep a house from being comfortable.
It’s been a very hot summer in north Alabama, with a lot of cooling issues, that are not caused by the air conditioning system. With 110 degree heat index days, attic temps are hotter than normal and insulation is inadequate in many houses. Air handlers in closets are very problematic, when not installed properly, as one pic shows an opening into the attic and 150degree temperature. The other high temp pic, at 152 degrees, is a scented plug in thingy. A system has to be viewed and troubleshot as the entire structure. A thermal imaging camera is a handy tool, to show clients the issues present in their home.
