I’m Building a Smoker That Doesn’t Exist 🔥 | Project Updraft #1
What happens when you take a 250-gallon propane tank and try to turn it into a smoker unlike anything I’ve built before?

This is PROJECT UPDRAFT.

The design is built around a completely different approach to fire and smoke flow, with a custom internal system designed to control how heat and smoke move through the cook chamber.

The crazy part?

This isn't just a rendering. I actually have to build the damn thing. 😂
