The gorgeous full second floor addition in Decatur is a great project for inspiration and a great example of the type of space you can create when you work with a great designer! The existing 2nd floor on this home wasn't structurally sound, so we tore it all off and built an entirely new second floor. The second floor has a primary suite, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, a gorgeous laundry room and bonus room.
