Our Savannah team broke ground on the new home of Savannah Dental Solutions! 🦷

Doctors Chad and Alex Schnabel, the husband-and-wife dentists who lead the practice, celebrated the kickoff alongside their kids, the Choate team, and our project partners.

The 10,700-SF, two-story facility in Savannah, GA, gives their growing practice room to serve more patients, with 15 treatment rooms, two procedure rooms, consultation rooms, and on-site labs on the first floor.

The second floor is all about their team. Employees will have a fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, team lounge, and training space to call their own.

Thank you to Savannah Dental Solutions for trusting us with this next chapter, and to our design partners Lynch Associates Architects, PC, Coleman Company, Inc., Tharpe Engineering Group, and Method Engineering Group. We can't wait to see it come together.

Construction is underway in Downtown Doraville! 🏗️

Our Atlanta team celebrated the groundbreaking for a project that will anchor the City of Doraville new downtown. Our team is building the roads, stormwater systems, and hardscape that lay the foundation, along with a city green designed to bring neighbors together.

At the center will be the People's Building, a three-story, 30,000-SF civic hub housing City Hall, the library, and community spaces. Just steps from MARTA, it all adds up to a connected, walkable downtown built for Doraville's growth and its vibrant cultural diversity.

Heritage Place Apartments is ready to welcome residents home. 🏡

Our Savannah team recently joined Mercy Housing Southeast, the City of Savannah, Mayor Van Johnson, and neighbors to celebrate the rededication of Heritage Place Apartments in Savannah's historic Cuyler-Brownsville neighborhood. The renovation preserves 88 affordable homes in the heart of downtown.

Two of the buildings carry a lot of history. Charity Hospital opened in 1893 to care for Savannah's Black community during segregation and trained generations of nurses. Florance Street School was built in 1929 for African American students and served as an elementary school until 1987. Today, both buildings are once again serving their neighborhood, this time as homes.

Thank you to Mercy Housing, Gunn Meyerhoff Shay, and the City of Savannah Government for the partnership on a project that means so much to this community.

Our Atlanta office is buzzing as we get closer to Cars & 'Q this Saturday!

Thank you to our community partner Prelude Bookstore for welcoming Ms. Bee to lead a storytime with some very excited little readers. She's also coming to the Cars & 'Q Kid's Zone tomorrow, where she'll be reading stories throughout the day.

Welcome home! 🎉 Phase 2 at Twin Lakes is complete, adding 38 custom, high-end apartments to this vibrant senior living community.
