The person whose design is chosen will receive a free shirt/merch and the person whose sticker design is chosen will receive free stickers! Come out to SWE's first general body meeting of the fall semester to learn more about our organization, get involved, and meet new people! There will be food, games, and swag giveaways. SWE welcomes all students and is open to all majors, genders, etc. so we hope to see you there!

SWE philanthropy Chairs are excited to announce that we are now taking submissions for the SWE poll. There are 5 categories, and you can nominate yourself for any number of categories. To nominate yourself you must fil out the attached google form and submit all photos/videos to the google drive folder included in the google form header. Time to introduce another SWEetie of the Week - Michlle Shen!

Michelle is a first year Computer Science major from Rockville, Maryland. She is our finance chair and has been working hard to organize a SWE proceeds night. Michelle also volunteers at many outreach events! When asked why she joined SWE and what she's excited about, Michelle said, "Coming into Tech, I wanted to find a community on campus that supported one another and shared my interest in supporting women in STEM; I definitely found that here in SWE! Going forward, I'm super excited for all th semesters of events and socials to come!"

Congrats Michelle!! We are so excited that you joined SWE!!

Our new collaborative event with and , MiSTEM Stories, is happening on March 3rd 6-7:30pm EST! Students and panelists with backgrounds as minorities in STEM will be sharing their stories to inspire important conversations around diversity and inclusion in STEM fields.
