🌟 E and E Tech Employee Spotlight:
Shane Garmon 🌟
This month, we’re proud to recognize Shane Garmon as our featured Employee of the Month!
A proud Georgia Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Shane has been an important part of E and E Tech for more than 27 years.
Shane’s journey with E and E Tech began in 1999 when he became our first Inside Sales Manager, building the position from the ground up. In 2001, he transitioned into outside sales—and hasn’t looked back.
Throughout his career, Shane has covered more states and sales territories than anyone in the E and E Tech organization. Most recently, he has continued that tradition by helping develop new territory and opportunities for our company.
Shane’s impact also extends well beyond his own sales success. The Inside Sales position he helped establish became a proven path for developing future sales professionals, with four E and E Tech employees following in his footsteps by moving from Inside Sales into outside sales roles.
When Shane isn’t visiting customers and building relationships, you’ll most likely find him spending time with his family, involved with his church, or cheering on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets—no matter the sport! 🐝
We’re incredibly grateful to have Shane on our team. His hard work, passion, commitment to service, industry knowledge, and strong customer relationships have played an important role in E and E Tech’s success for more than two decades.
