Erosion isn’t dramatic. It’s a few inches a year, until the ground you used to stand on is somewhere in the lake.

This shoreline was graded and protected with rip rap where the water does the most work, helping hold the shoreline in place through boat wake, changing water levels, and storms.

We also built new steps designed to Corps of Engineers specifications and tailored to how this family actually accesses the water.

Powder-coated railings and posts give it a sleek, timeless look, while TimberTech PVC decking delivers the warmth and woodgrain appearance of traditional decking without the sanding, staining, or sealing.

Storms get the attention. Boat traffic does the quiet work.

Every wake that rolls through your slip puts pressure on your dock’s anchoring. Over time, that constant pull can loosen cables, wear down hardware, and allow your dock to swing or shift—especially when the next big storm hits.

The good news? Stabilizing your dock is often straightforward.

Anchor poles allow your dock to move up and down with changing lake levels while helping prevent side-to-side movement.
Cable anchoring helps keep your dock secure through heavy boat traffic, changing water levels, and storms.

It’s much easier to address anchoring before your dock gets tested. We offer dock moving and adjustments, maintenance bundles, repair and modification, and inspections to help keep everything secure and where it belongs.
