We also provide a TH-200CE O2 Auto-Dispenser: Automatically feeds and cuts Oxygen Absorbents from a continuous strip wound on a Reel or Belt. Fully adjustable from 20cc up to our 500cc oxygen absorber. The configuration is easily set up through a Color Touch Screen and Complete Access with Full View of Feeding Process. CE Certified with a portable adjustable supporting frame that provides Easy Mount over or Alongside a Production Line is included. The unit can be a master or slave to an existing line. A photoelectric sensor will trigger when to dispense and will stop cutting if detecting possible false cut to eliminate the danger of opening the sachet into production.

Job description: This position can be full time as well. It will be flexible. Import/Wholesale Company seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This position requires a person who is Detail Oriented, Customer Service Driven, Friendly, and Team Player. You will be assisting the CEO and manage the daily operation in the office.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities: You will work with other stuff and sales manager to handle the daily tasks below: • Responsible for receiving and processing incoming purchase orders from customers. • Fulfilling orders between 2 warehouses, custom brokers, freight agents, and customer freight carriers. • Interacts with customers through emails and phone calls with clear and concise written and oral communication. • Maintaining records and compiling reports. • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor. • Gather and translate all necessary customer and internal data to develop accurate and detailed orders that support successful order fulfillment. • Work in conjunction with warehouses, customers, and other team members to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. • Inventory tracking
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Education and Experience
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of office manager experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), required
• QuickBooks Online: 1 year plus experience order inventory control - will train. • Spanish a plus - not required.

Work Environment: • Must be available 4 hours every morning and can be flexible hours in the afternoon Monday to Friday. • Hourly position up to 25 hours per week. If you shows a good fit, you will be offered with full time. • Work from home during pandemic. Maybe one day a week meeting in the office. • May need to work or meet in our satellite office in Cartersville, GA.
