To make things simple.... Use recycled graphite from electrode manufacturers. BY WEIGHT use 8 parts graphite and 2 parts WHITE cement. Add some sodium hydroxide to water. Mix it all together. Wait 7 days... You will have an awesome graphite electrode, perfect for making air batteries.

Two years ago we discovered the potential of using aluminum with graphite to produce both hydrogen and electricity at the same time. For those of you who read this, the catalyst we use has been sodium hydroxide most of the time. Both acids and bases can be used, but for safety, cost factors and environmental reasons, we choose sodium hydroxide.

Is aluminum the renewable fuel for which we've been searching?

The potential of my discovery goes far beyond simple, small aluminum batteries. Graphite composites are used in the nuclear, battery and many other industries. The best part about my discovery is that it opens up the use of graphite composites far outside current technologies. My discovery makes HUGE systems possible. Current binding systems for graphite make many uses too expensive, or even impossible.

I can turn a landfill into a huge battery with a couple thousand bucks in materials :)

I can turn a sewer system into a huge fuel cell with a couple thousand bucks in materials :)

I can build a huge earth battery system with a couple thousand bucks in materials :)

I really don't have a clue how to use my composition of matter, if compared to the companies/ universities currently studying graphite compositions used in energy systems. 😎

In simple terms, I silver plated the cathodes and the amperage of the systems went up drastically. I can not afford to patent all of my discoveries.

Using manganese dioxide works almost as well but I think the silver increases the composite conductivity too.
