Contracting Specialists South East LLC, is executing concrete & stucco repairs on the building façade, widow fenestration, beams, and columns at Imperial House Towers Condominiums located in Miami Beach, FL. The renovations are required to complete the building’s 40-year recertification process and to meet the association’s goal of optimizing the energy consumption of the property as a result of the glass incorporated on retro-fitted windows. Our experience and dedication towards the project has allowed the work to progress without delays and to the total satisfaction of the client.

The CSI NE team recently completed a comprehensive project on the Harvard Soldier Field Garage. The scope of work included brick replacement, repointing, concrete patching, and power washing the building’s facade to effectively remove tough stains. The result is a refreshed and durable exterior, enhancing both the structure’s aesthetics and longevity.

The work included partial depth repairs, full depth repairs, beam repairs, removal of ceramic tiles, pool deck repair, installation of expansion joints around the pool, and installation of new ceramic tiles.

CSDC has successfully finished the Grosvenor Station Garage project in North Bethesda. The extensive scope of work included shear connector replacement, concrete repairs, replacing drains and doors, waterproofing, and fully replacing the structural steel framing at the pedestrian bridge linked to the garage.
