Throughout my life, I have always dedicated myself to doing my best. Service to the client is of the most importance. It gives them the belief that they are valuable; not a number, not someone passing through, never to be acknowledged again. Treat people like they matter and they will seek you out. You will establish trust and it will stand the test of time. Even during the infrequent times when I
wasn't in direct sales, (ie. military, retail management) great service was needed to establish that trust. Over several years, I built relationships with parts dealers as I sold wholesale to small businesses desktop computers, servers and networks. This provided a stepping stone to regional sales in technology. Real Estate investing and Insurance became a perfect outlet for the entrepreneur in me. It required networking skills to find contacts and leads as I developed my business. Moving back from Ohio to Texas had been a desire for many years but the opportunity never provided itself until 2014. We built our home and have established roots near our families. As a Realtor, I emphasize a strong consultative approach with my clients to better ascertain their needs and goals. Strong negotiation is key as is part of my fiduciary responsibility to those I represent.
