First cuts on our newest machine in the shop.

The machine has been turning heads since it arrived, and now that it's finally making chips, the excitement is even higher. So far it hasn't disappointed.

This thing is a beast.

We're looking forward to seeing what it can do once we really start putting it through its paces.

11 years in business.

A lot has changed since day one. New customers, new capabilities, new equipment, and a team that continues to push the company forward every day.

What hasn't changed is the standard we hold ourselves to: do good work, stand behind it, and keep improving.

Over the last year alone, we've added new equipment, expanded capabilities, strengthened our systems, and continued pushing for what's next.

Through it all, we've continued to grow, adapt, and build a company that our team and customers can count on.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted IQ Manufacturing over the last 11 years.

We're looking forward to what's next.

We got a package from Makino this week.

Opening the box brought back memories from our trip to Japan, where we toured their facilities, learned more about their manufacturing process, and saw firsthand the technology & people behind the machines.

That trip ultimately played a role in bringing our new Makino to the shop floor.

Thank you to the Makino team for the package and being part of this next chapter with IQ Manufacturing.

IQ Manufacturing had the opportunity to welcome Mayor Mike Duggan to our facility this week as he continues his campaign for Governor of Michigan.

During his visit, he shared insights into his vision for supporting small businesses, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and discussed the experience and track record that have shaped his leadership at the local level. He also took questions at this event, creating an open dialogue around the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.

It was a valuable conversation about the future of manufacturing in Michigan and the role businesses like ours play in driving economic growth.

A special thank you to the Tooling, Manufacturing & Technology Association (TMTA) for the opportunity to host this event.
