The City of Temple, Texas - City Government and D&J Enterprises are working side-by-side with one goal, to help the community recovery.

Our City of Temple Solid Waste crews and D&J Enterprises have been working hard to serve our community in clean-up efforts following the severe storms and weather.

- D&J has collected 57,520 cubic yards of brush and made 1,128 trips out.
- The City of Temple has accepted over 403.84 tons of brush at the Solid Waste Complex.

We are still actively working to collect brush and bulk items around the City. Don’t forget to visit templetx.gov/solidwaste for daily updates on the areas we are currently in and where we are headed next.

⚠️REMINDERS⚠️
🗑️ Dumpsters are still available at the sites listed on the web for debris
🚯 Please don’t illegally dump brush (bring it to the Solid Waste Complex at 2611 East Ave H, and we will happily take care of it for you!)
🌳 If you have a tree with a root ball, brush trucks may not be able to collect it due to the type of truck. The City of Temple is working on a plan for collecting root balls; please leave them at the curb for now.
🚫 Please remember to keep brush and bulk piles away from storm drains as they can get clogged and cause flooding, as well as pollute our waterways.
🏳️ If you receive a white tag on your door indicating an issue with brush collection, this is just a heads-up that there is a potential problem to give you time to fix it so that we can safely and efficiently collect your brush items! We appreciate your help as we work our way through the City.
