A little late but here are a couple of our post Easter jobs. removed all paint from the 86 ford cab, fenders, doors and hood inside and out, then headed over to do some rust removal from a 76 nova that sat out a little to long, but we got it all removed and clean again and both were ready for paint the day after.

And the finished project, this was a really interesting one to do, this custom built property entrance was made out of leftover gas pipe, these pipes have one of the hardest coatings we have ever dealt with. The coating itself is between 20 and 40 mil. For a comparison your typical powder coating is only between 2 and 3 mil, that’s right we are even able to remove coatings 10x as thick as your average powder coat. And still be eco friendly (check out the last photo). As we have said before there is no job too big or too small.

Sorry for anyone that has tried to contact us in the last week, we have been out on site with little to no cell coverage, on the plus side what a great week we had helping in the restoration and preservation of the water cooling towers at Blue Water Resort & Casino, these water cooling towers have seen many years of hard water and a harsh environment . The galvanized coatings had started to wear off and the panels were rusting away and so heavily covered in calcium that you could not even tell what areas were still solid, got all the hard calcium deposits removed and cut out quite a few rust areas that can now be properly repair and have a new galvanized coating layer over.

It was time to save my old 1955 desk from the original ugly varnish, was going to sand down by hand but the varnish was melting from the heat of the sander and not coming off, shot it with a fine glass media and took it right off now it’s time to give it a modern stain and clear.

What a great opportunity we had to go over to a local restaurant that was sick and tired of the dark dirty/stained concrete in front of their entry way. This concrete had years of foot traffic and spills that the owners have tried to get clean by scrubbing and pressure washing with no luck. We went out at night after everyone had left and resurfaced the entry walk way removing years of build up and leaving clean concrete.
