So it’s almost 100 degrees out, our phone hasn’t stopped ringing, coolers, freezers, and ac units are crashing, so just like every other heatwave, we can’t get to everyone immediately. It’s going to get worse. I’m even getting calls from non-customers begging us for a service call because their ‘normal guy’ can’t get there for two weeks…..our loyal customers come first. Every decent service company is swamped right now. We’re doing what we can so a little patience is appreciated. We’re all hot. lol.

With our current huge work load, and no staff (all summer long actually), we are trying to get to every service call and installation, especially our long time customers. Unfortunately, wait times are longer than usual. Somethings got to change soon. Thanks for the ones being patient.
