Set among 1,200 acres of Adirondack forest, this facility was designed to support learning and connection to the outdoors year-round.
As part of a design-build team, Beardsley provided full-service architecture and engineering services for a new dining hall and test kitchen at the Oswegatchie Educational Center, which is owned and operated by the New York Future Farmers of America Leadership Training Foundation, Inc.
Featuring a bright, vaulted dining hall, a certified test kitchen and food science lab, classrooms, a multipurpose room for meetings and educational sessions, and expansive porches overlooking the lake, the facility supports everything from meals and conferences to hands-on educational programs.

The project serves campers, students, educators, and visitors year-round, and has created a welcoming environment where learning, leadership, and connection to the outdoors can be enjoyed as a community.
