In case you have been trying to call and keep getting a busy signal, there is a nationwide cell phone outage. We were told it is expected to last a while, so if your furnace is down, either keep trying to call and maybe it’ll go through (landlines are having better luck) or stop in at our office on Grandstaff. We are unable to take information through messenger at this time. And please be understanding if our techs just “show up” to your house without calling you when they’re on their way. They are also getting a busy signal when they call cell phones because of the phone outage.
