Equipment breaks. Inventory runs low. Trucks need maintenance. That’s part of the job.

The difference is whether you plan ahead or make excuses.

We keep our inventory stocked, maintain our equipment, and stay prepared because our customers count on us to show up on time and get the job done. Reliability isn’t luck — it’s systems, discipline, and taking ownership before problems happen.

Being dependable is a competitive advantage.

Great start to a new week. Having a house truly ready to go makes all the difference.

✔️ Floor protection removed
✔️ Heat on and house warm
✔️ Interior dry and ready

We put a big emphasis on communication before every AeroBarrier job because the small details matter. Even then, those details don’t always make it to the right people on site. This builder understood the assignment and had everything dialed in for a smooth, efficient install.

Happy Monday from Cascade AeroBarrier. 💨🏠

“Unemployed or unemployable?

Yeah… I said it.

The difference usually comes down to attitude, accountability, and effort.

We’re hiring—but not just anyone.

If you value these qualities, want to grow your career, and be appreciated — I’m talking to you.

If not, this post probably annoyed you.

“Did you know…” doesn’t make you an expert.

Just because someone posts videos on Instagram doesn’t mean they know what they’re talking about.

Take it from me—I’ve posted a few myself.

Do your homework. Question everything. Bad advice spreads fast.

Do the products used on your builds, that you can’t see, matter?

What’s under your tub or shower matters more than you think.

Plumbers cut large holes for drains—and that’s fine (I had to say that my father in-law is a plumber). But before those walls get covered, it’s the insulation contractor’s responsibility to properly air seal and close off those penetrations.

Stuffing it with Rockwool isn’t air sealing. It slows air, but it’s not airtight.

If it’s left unsealed, that opening becomes a direct pathway for:
• Air leakage
• Energy loss
• Moisture problems
• Rodents getting into the home

This is one of those details that gets missed all the time—but it shouldn’t.

If you’re the insulation crew, own it. Seal it right before it disappears behind drywall.

I may not have tiger blood in my veins… but I’ll take a win when it comes 👊

Got randomly picked for the US4 Pros Ultimate Giveaway and honestly—I’m pretty blown away. Super grateful for the SWAG and the gear.

My day job is air sealing, but every spare minute I’ve got is going into building a home for my family. These accessories are going to get put to work immediately.

Big thank you to .pro for putting out solid products and giving guys like me a shot at using them. Not sponsored—just genuinely appreciate it.

And if my buddy (and master craftsman) gives them the nod… I already know they’re legit.

Let’s get to work 🔨

If a product is called “Air-Loc,” you’d expect it to actually be… air tight.

So how does something like this end up on the Washington State and IECC “approved” list?

This is the gap between passing code and delivering real performance.

Code says it passes.
We say it should perform.

When we’re done, it’s not leaking
