JW Masonry is hiring experienced masonry professionals for projects throughout the Polk County area.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with real field experience in masonry construction. If you take pride in quality work, show up ready to work, and understand jobsite professionalism, we want to hear from you.

Open Positions

Experienced Brick Masons

* Brick masons only
* Must have verifiable experience laying brick
* Ability to read layouts and work efficiently on active jobsites
* Pay: $22–$26/hour to start (based on experience)

Experienced Laborers

* Masonry/construction labor experience preferred
* Must be reliable and physically capable of outdoor jobsite work
* Assist masons with materials, mixing, cleanup, and site preparation
* Pay: $18–$22/hour to start (based on experience)

Requirements

* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work on-site in Polk County
* Strong work ethic and punctuality
* Team-oriented attitude
* Safety-conscious mindset
