Our company has been established since 1975. Our business includes service, sales, and installation of HVAC systems, (residential & commercial), supermarket and restaurant refrigeration equipment, walk-in coolers and cold storage rooms, labs and other areas of critical control. We are the local dealer and service representative for Trane commercial and residential HVAC and Master-Bilt products. We

are also service representatives for Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and Crystal Tips ice machines, as well as Dealers of the same. We service a large residential customer base through our Service PLUS Maintenance Program on a semi-annual basis, and have qualified service technicians on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for anyone experiencing a loss of service in air conditioning or heating. The program offers many benefits to our customers, including a special reduced price line for repairs, a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all mechanical and electrical parts, PLUS, when the time comes to replace their system, 25% of all repair bills will be credited against the price of a new system. Installations of new equipment are scheduled with the customer's comfort in mind. Both our Residential and our Commercial Customers appreciate the fact that we do not use an automated system to answer our telephones. When our offices are closed, we have an answering service with a real live person to take your call. You have an option of leaving a message with them for the office to return on the next business day. Your call is immediately sent to the technician on-call and you will receive a return call from the technician. No matter the equipment that is down, air conditioning, heating, ice machines, cold rooms, reach-in and walk-in refrigeration units, we have a technician available for you.
