Our pad and lifting strake geometry is designed to hold onto the water as long as possible as it exits the back of the boat, generating maximum lift and keeping the hull riding high and dry.
Our side strakes run all the way forward to the bow to help stabilize the hull, but stop short of the transom to preserve turning and poling maneuverability. That balance gives our hulls a smooth, high-and-dry ride that almost feels like you’re on a magic carpet, while still staying incredibly responsive when you need to turn on a dime deep in the marsh.
Form, function, and a whole lot of time spent studying what the hull actually does in the water…. But we will see what the facebook people have to say….
