This is a 2020 fire rebuild that we completed for a wonderful family who is a staple in our community Mr. & Mrs. Lederer who own the Stayton A&W. This phenomenal home was built by our crew here at Thomas Parsons Construction fueled on papa burgers and root beer floats! 2024 Fire Rebuild completion home.
Thomas Parsons Construction had the pleasure of rebuilding Mr & Mrs Austin's home after the 2020 fires that destroyed their home. This wonderful couple now get to enjoy the simplicity of this beautiful cabin style home.

HAS BEEN LOCATED-FOUND

LOST dump trailer ramp.
Thomas Parsons Construction, LLC was hauling rock between Knife River in Stayton and a job site in Turner off Apollo rd and at some point the pin that holds the ramp in place broke and the ramp fell off.
Please keep an eye out on the side of the road and in ditches, please contact Brooke Dunlap or Thomas Parsons if you see it or if you pick it up.

Aumsville Elementary Courtyard Project.
We completed this project back in September but wanted to make sure to give a HUGE shout out to the businesses that had a hand in making this possible.

Also wanted to give a huge shout out to the Aumsville Elementary Parent Teacher Club We had a volunteer work party day and they fed all the volunteers that day as well as paid for the tables in the courtyard!
Last but certainly not least a huge shout out and thank you to the volunteers and staff who helped on multiple occasions. Mrs.Cromwell and Mrs.Ranzoni for being available as the point of contact to letting us access the courtyard during non school hours. To the volunteers who helped on a cold and wet work party day to do a lot of manual labor of moving concrete chunks, dirt and rocks wheelbarrow by wheelbarrow load.
This project was all a huge labor of love for the children of our community, to bring a space where teachers and students can go enjoy being outside with little to no maintenance to upkeep.
