Not every project is about aesthetics… sometimes it’s about performance.

The goal for this 10,000 SF clean and seal project wasn’t to deliver a showroom finish. The goal was to create a surface that could handle real traffic, real use, and real life.

For this project, we focused on what matters most — Safety and Functionality.
Tripping hazards corrected, concrete repairs addressed, and areas beyond the scope of work were mechanically ground to ensure proper surface conditions.

Here’s a project where the client requested a natural black floor — and that’s exactly what we delivered. ✨️

This project included:

• Carpet demo

• Removal of over 2 inches of concrete leveler in multiple rooms

• Concrete staining

• Grind and sealed concrete finish

This one definitely didn’t go without a fight 👊 The concrete was extremely soft, but the crew pushed through and got it done.

Check out this yurt we recently completed in the mountains of Evergreen, CO. 🏕

With radiant heated floors throughout the space, this grind, stain, and seal system brought the entire floor plan together with a clean, natural finish.

All tooled joints throughout the main floor were filled with a polyurethane sealant for durability and long-term performance ✨

📍 Based out of Centennial, Colorado

Majestic Finish Concrete Coatings is looking for an experienced Epoxy Installer to help lead our Resinous Flooring Division.

We’re seeking someone who can:

- Lead crews on commercial, residential, and industrial projects

- Install Epoxy flooring systems and Epoxy cove base

- Understand resin systems, specs, and proper application

- Communicating with ownership and project team members

- Translate office direction into clean, efficient field ex*****on

Experience with Urethane Cement and MMA systems is a strong plus.

If you have solid Epoxy experience but haven’t worked with every system, we still encourage you to reach out. We’re open to training the right person with the correct mindset.

A lot of detail went into polishing 2,700 SF of concrete flooring in the heart of Denver’s iconic Larimer Square.

This scope included:

• The main floor
• Elevated platform
• Three long concrete steps
• One of two ramps (including all vertical faces)
• 450 LF of control joints

All completed under a very tight holiday shutdown schedule.

This was a true team effort alongside the GC and other trades. Big respect to everyone involved for keeping things moving and hitting the deadline 👏

We’re making great progress on a Polished Concrete project in Downtown Denver that we kicked off last week. This scope includes the main floor, concrete steps, joint filler, and multiple concrete ramps.

This project officially closes out our 2025 and becomes the first chapter of 2026 for us. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to finish the year strong and roll straight into the next.

2025 was a year of testing the waters—learning, adapting, and growing through both the challenges and the wins. As a team, we’ve dialed in our process and strengthened our foundation, and it shows in the work we’re delivering.

Here’s a grind and seal concrete system we wrapped up a couple of weeks ago in Castle Rock, using Prosoco's Gemtone Stain in Light Roast, fused with Westcoat's SC-65 WB Polyurethane Gloss Sealer.

This combo never disappoints. Durable with a beautiful finish.

We wrapped up this small project in Thornton, CO, where the concrete was heavily delaminating and breaking apart. After repairing the surface, we installed a solid-color Epoxy base and finished it with a pigmented hi-wear Urethane topcoat. The floor came out clean, durable, and completely refreshed.
