Well it's almost summer. I guess we have a early spring and things are dry. You're turning on your air conditioning right now, make sure you clean the outside coils get all the bushes away from it. Make it so it can breathe. Clean that filter, and test it out now before everybody gets busy.

Well the nights are starting to get cold. This is a good time to turn your furnace to heat just to check it out. Better to know now that your furnace heat is not working, then when it's really cold.

It's hot out there. Make sure those furnace filters are clean even if you think they're clean maybe change it just in case. Also make sure you're outside can insert her coils are clear of bushes and free cottonwoods hose them down you'll be thanking me.
