ATMI helps plan and produce precast concrete projects throughout the Midwest. Based in Aurora, IL we're always looking to expand our team. in 1990.

ATMI Precast was originally founded as Automatic Teller Modules Inc. This firm was designed to provide independent precast concrete Automatic Teller buildings for the retail banking markets. This initial venture was a natural transition into the retail bank building market. During the mid-1990s there was an increased demand for a product to provide a more efficient alternative to the metal buildings being utilized for manufacturing and distribution warehouses. Ultimately, ATMI Precast was instrumental in working with the Architectural, Developer and General Contractor communities to provide a load bearing insulated precast concrete wall panel that would be more durable, quicker to erect, provide insulation, and eliminate perimeter steel structures. From the early 2000s, ATMI Precast has transformed and grown into a full service precaster, expanding its architectural manufacturing competencies and providing a complete range of structural and architectural panels. This has enabled ATMI to service a broad spectrum of project types, from mid-rise office to residential and parking. Long recognized as a leader in the field, ATMI Precast has earned customer recognition for its reliable performance, quality and service throughout the construction process. ATMI Precast is a certified PCI 116 and 117 manufacturer.

ATMI Precast was proud to once again participate in the Ascension Illinois Golf Classic, which raised $355,000 to support behavioral health programs and services.

We’ve been part of this event for more than 10 years and are grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting such an important cause alongside lead sponsor Power Construction and so many others.

Jim Wilkinson, Preconstruction Manager, with Alston Construction, is the fortunate winner of our recent ATMI Job Survey. Jim was selected at random for his recent completion of our survey of Customer Service.

The project that ATMI and Alston performed together on was the BP Chill project in Plainfield, Illinois. Happy for Jim and it's always great to work with Alston Construction.

25 years is a long time to stick with one company and Tony has done exactly that at ATMI Precast. As our Senior Project Manager, Tony has helped deliver some of our most complex projects. Like the CyrusOne Almond data center in Aurora, a job that took real coordination across engineering, production and er****on to pull off "As Promised."

But ask him what he loves most about ATMI and it's not the projects, it's the people. That family-owned culture and the willingness to help each other out is what's kept him here for a quarter century. Congrats on 25 years, Tony! Two residence towers. 1,000 freshman beds. Over 5,400 individual pieces of precast. That's what it took to build the Northern Illinois University Residence Hall in DeKalb. Our team delivered both towers in full precast, from load-bearing walls to hollow core plank to stair cores and elevator shafts.
