APC specializes in high volume production of precision parts used in automated assembly. Additionally, we specialize in molding heavy wall parts for specialty fittings that are later machined in a secondary operation.

As part of our 5S efforts, our team completed a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the press as part of our ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. The process included removing buildup and debris, inspecting key components, and ensuring the equipment was cleaned and functioning properly for continued production. Preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are essential in minimizing downtime, improving reliability, and extending the overall lifespan of the machinery. Great work by everyone involved in keeping our operation running smoothly and safely.
