Generate quality Solar appointments through social media, marketing and door to door. Goal is to consistently acquire 5 solid appointments a day. All new agents will have unlimited amounts of hands on training and will be coupled with High Performing Closers that will guide, show, teach and train the agents through our merit based growth opportunity!

The Texas power grid is in trouble again, this time because it's too hot. Power plants totaling about 12,000 MW are off-line due to unplanned outages, and 9600 MW or 80% of the outages are at gas-fired "thermal" power plants.

South Texas Unit 1 & 2 are at 100%, Comanche Peak 1 is at 100%. Comanche Peak 2 is at 0% (1124 MW, hot standby) due to a failed radiation monitor (non-emergency, NRC event no 55305)

Photovoltaics are expected to produce about 5800 MW (until dark) and wind power 281 MW. So who says that renewable power leads to an unreliable grid? Rooftop solar is the answer to unreliable power from the grid.

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas says a large number of power plants are offline, but it could not provide details as to what may be causing the “very concerning” number of outages. At the same time, the state is experiencing near-record demand for electricity in June.
