Lucky number seven. Seven years of great projects and even better people.

From first walk-throughs to final inspections, every project has been a chance to collaborate, solve problems, and build something lasting. None of it happens without the clients, partners, and teammates who trust us to bring their spaces to life.

We're grateful for the relationships we have built along the way and proud of the work we've created together.

As summer winds down and the trees start to change it was time for some field day fun with the team. We played classic games: tug of war, dizzy bat, water balloon toss, and an egg-on-a-spoon race. Laughter, friendly competition, and epic wipeouts included. Here’s to teamwork, smiles, and making memories outdoors!

We’re proud to unveil the new office build-out for Maxwell Locke & Ritter in Downtown Austin. Designed to maximize natural light, the space feels open and inviting, with several private offices, a large training room, a boardroom, huddle rooms with sliding doors, an all-glass modular office, and a break room featuring wood surround panels and a one-of-a-kind view of downtown. M+ Builders also renovated the elevator lobby on the floor, as well as the corridor and restrooms leading into MLR’s office.

We’re excited to announce the successful completion of pSemi’s new 14,095 SF lab and office space in South Austin. The space includes a fully equipped lab supported by ceiling-mounted power, data, and compressed air—designed specifically for semiconductor development. The lab also features static-dissipating tile and grounded Diametric paint imported from Germany to maintain a safe, static-free environment. Additional specialized areas include an RF testing room and a compressor room housing a 400-gallon tank.
