What does “Landscaping & Excavation” actually mean, and how does it benefit you as a homeowner?

• Excavated approximately 350 cubic yards from the backyard hillside
• Cut two drainage ditches carrying water toward the street on both sides of the property
• Moved and placed approximately 250 linear feet of 2–8 ft boulders
• Installed 75 metric tons of 6” erosion control stone over erosion control fabric
• Fine graded and conditioned approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of soil
• Finished by installing 20,000 sq. ft. of sod

From moving hundreds of yards of earth to rolling the final piece of sod, one company handled the transformation from the ground up.

20,000 square feet of sod has finally been rolled out!

After months of waiting for the ground to completely dry out from the mountain springs and heavy spring rainfall that became trapped beneath the fill during excavation.

Now, we’re down to the finishing touches; small sod cuts around the corners and the last bit of erosion control stone along the backside of the hill.

We do not do Landscaping flowerbeds often, but when a prior drainage client asks us if we can completely redo their entire front flowerbed, removed the old rubber mulch, and install a level block border with river rock; we absolutely can do landscaping!

🔹 Primary Filter (Fine Micron)
This filter captures the majority of fine sediment before it reaches the pump. While most pumps can pass small debris, sediment settles after every rainfall and gradually hardens over time.
