Join our rapidly growing general contracting business! Help us optimize job site productivity through efficient purchase, inventory, distribution and maintenance of The Joseph Company's equipment and tools. Manage the company warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.

$50,000 - $70,000/ year + bonus structure, company truck and cell phone!

Responsibilities:

• Assure Joesph's job sites have the tools and equipment to get the job done professionally and safely.
• Manage efficient dispatch, return and maintenance of all company equipment
• Monitor and control inventory of warehouse materials and equipment.
Use company in-house system to track equipment/tool supplies stored in warehouse, company vans/ trailers and at job sites.
• Research and recommend to company president and superintendents purchase of needed equipment, tools and company vehicles.
• Perform periodic repair and maintenance of equipment and work with professional vendors to repair and/or replace equipment as necessary.
• Operate forklift in warehouse for shipping and receiving of construction materials.
• Organize and implement periodic training of company equipment and tools.

Skills Needed or Preferred:

• Needs to be organized as position manages a 10,000 square foot warehouse and loading dock with wood shop and secured tool crib.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with project managers, superintendents and equipment/ tool manufacturers and distributors.
• Proficient forklift operator for loading and unloading trucks
• CDL license is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office and Outlook).

Benefits:
• Base Salary $50,000 - $70,000 / year

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline

• Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
• Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
