We called Superior Cooling and ordered a rad for a John Deere wheel loader on Friday afternoon. We received our shipping details by 5pm and it was delivered Tuesday morning. Since we are in Ontario Canada, we were very surprised it cleared Customs and got to us so quickly. All charges were included in the price we paid, even the duty.

Found a replacement radiator for my Ford backhoe on their website. Awesome price and they guaranteed it not to leak. UPS delivered it the next day! I took it from the box and discovered it had a small puncture that appeared to have happened during shipping. I took pictures and called them. After a very short visit by phone, they shipped a replacement next day and said UPS would pick up the damaged one in a few days. Great customer service experience! Will definitely call them again.
