"The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly..."

Even though Theodore Roosevelt is one of our favorite presidents and this is one of my all time favorite speeches, We would like to add one amendment, while yes, it takes courage for the man and woman to enter the arena, they don't enter it alone. Like gladiators of old there are many people outside of the arena who have trained them and prepared them to don the armor, pick up the sword, and saunter into the arena to face the disbelieving crowds and competitors looking to devour them.

Health Hat has some exciting developments in the works and it wouldn't have been possible for us without the help from way too many people to mention. Thank you to all of you who have helped us along the way!
